Avery 16 Months

I don't even know now what she was so upset about, but goodness gracious this kid knows how to throw a tantrum. She must have picked it up from a certain big sister I know. She can turn it on and off really fast too. Such a sneaky little lady. Those pouty lips make me smile though.

She is mostly the sweetest girl around

She's attached to her Momma but,

is a total Daddy's girl too.

She loves her sissy and her Dixie doggy.

She calls every stuffed animal, regular animal, and her blankie her "baby"

She knows where her nose, mouth and belly button are.

She loves soy milk, apple sauce pouches, cheese, jelly beans and yougurt.

When you are eating something she reaches out and says "bite" (she ate salad the other day)

She loves to dance and climb and be generally crazy.

She loves to give Dixie her treats. She goes to where we keep them and says eh, eh, eh until you give her one.

Wagon rides are her favorite

Best Thing My Kids Done In a While

Man, my kid is funny. I don't know about other 3 year olds, but mines not that interested in wearing clothes. It's the norm to see her running around in her birthday suit. This day I was trying to get her to put her undies on and she decided to put them on her head. These are going to be awesome blackmail pictures when she's a teenager. 

This girl cracks me up everyday. She is a mixture of sweetness and sass and I wouldn't have it any other way. She starts pre-school right after labor day and I just know I am going to cry. Thankfully Nathan will get to go on her first day at drop off and I won't have to do it alone. I'm excited for this new chapter for her. I think she will love it.

Bluum Box

I recently signed up for Bluum through A deal a day site called Totsy. I think I got 3 months for the price of one pretty much. It is basically one of the monthly subscription boxes, but this one focuses on products for mom and baby. It gives mostly samples of products to try. The subscription is $10 a month. 

I recently received my first box.

I am excited to try this. I tend to get pretty dry skin when the weather gets colder so this looks like a good option for that. I use Triple Paste for diaper rash and this is from the same company.

These are face wash and Detoxifying tonic. I am excited to try these as well.

This was a nice little pouch from Mary Kay with mascara and eye make up remover. I really needed some new mascara so this was perfect. 

These were two little hand soaps. I used the Lavender today and it smelled nice and didn't leave my hands dry.

 

and the last thing was a little pot of hair product. I don't use a lot of hair products but it says it is safe to use on kids so I may just try it on the girls.

It's Okay....Tuesday

 What I'm okay with this week:


-That I am finally getting a haircut tomorrow. It has been like a year. I have no idea how i want to get it cut though.

-That I am sorta dreading Lily going to pre school even though she has entered the "terrible threes". I'm gonna miss that little booger.

- That I am addicted to the SongPop App. I kinda suck at it but oh well.

-That I am secretly loving the cooler temps we have been having. 75 degrees is my favorite temp!

-That I workout so I can eat.

-That I got some good cuddles from this sweet girl:

Wisdom From Grandma

My sister happened on a notebook at my Grandma's house a couple months ago with handwritten notes, quotes, verses and clippings. Things that she loved and felt important enough to keep and refer back too. I am going to start posting some here as a pick me up for myself and maybe others.
