Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken
If you are looking for a new way to cook chicken try this out! I found it on Pinterest of course.
(I know my pictures aren't that great but this was pretty yummy)
The recipe is originally from here.
Ingredients:
4 cloves of garlic
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 pound chicken breast (i used tenders)
salt and pepper to taste
6 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
Melt the butter in the frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and let brown a little. Then add the chicken and let cook thoroughly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as well. Flip the chicken and let both sides brown. When the chicken is cooked through add the brown sugar to the tops and let it melt into the chicken. About 5 Minutes.
I will make this again for sure.
It's Okay
It's Okay.....
- That Avery loves Thin Mints as much as I do. I just have someone to share them with now.
- That I think The Bachelor is the most ridiculous show on TV. Why do people watch it? It never works out and the drama and people really aren't that interesting.
- That Lily is out playing in her pool. It is really nice here today and she has been happy for two hours straight which is like a record for a 2 year old.
- That is about all I have this week. I think of good stuff but then forget before I can type it out. Lame I know.

Proof that a two year old does need a daily nap despite what she may think.
