It's Okay Tuesday

- that I'm watching Olympic sports that I would never watch on if I caught them on at another time.

- that the announcers for the Olympics really annoy me. They say the dumbest stuff.

- that I pretty much ate a whole bag of powdered sugar donuts. Delicious but so bad.

-that I went to out of my way to the store just so I could stop at Starbucks.

- that I think getting a cold in the summer is so completely unfair. Avery and I are feeling crappy.

- to wonder what the heck Kristen Stewart was thinking. Robert Pattinson can do so much better anyway.

Painting is Fun

I had seen this art project floating all over Pinterest and thought it would be fun to do with the girls. I think they turned out pretty good, Lily got a little carried away and hers turned a nice shade of brown. I had to have her add some more color. 

This kid cracks me up. She was a mess and tried to eat the paint. 

Lily's Heart and Rainbow Birthday Bash!

We had Lily's 3rd Birthday Party this past Sunday. She wanted a Heart party, and I morphed that into hearts and rainbows. I think everything turned out cute and we had a really great time. 

The Cakes, I found the idea for the 3 on Pinterest of course. I made the rainbow out of the leftover cake from the 3. Nathan did all the M&M decorations and did a fantastic job.

Some of the decor: Most of this was found in the $1 section at Walmart.

-It's okay that I can come up with more things I'm not okay with....... I will have to do a separate post. 

-That Lily pretty much only ate sugar on her Birthday and Bday Party day. You only turn 3 once. Right?

-That after living in this house for 4 years, we finally rearranged our living room to something more functional.

-That that is about all I've got this week.
